On Thursday, we had our annual progressive party. I still wanted to participate, so we started with morning drinks and muffins at our house. My mom came over early to help us get ready because it is seriously hilarious how long it takes to get ready for something! It was one of the first times we have had to be ready at a certain time and I certainly learned my lesson. I must be ready before I try to get Davis ready :)
Everyone started arriving and we had a great day! Since we knew we would be gone most of the day, we made a list of everything we needed to pack for Davis and for me pumping. Boy it's a lot of stuff!
It was ugly sweater attire... Davis didn't have one of those, but he did have a really cute Santa outfit ;)
Bundled up and ready to go see everyone's houses!
This was Davis' first time to my parents house... seems crazy, but it's so much easier to stay at home and have people visit us! Barrett was obsessssssed with his cousin... he wanted to hold him constantly. It was so cute. He would "shake" (bounce) him when Davis got fussy when he was holding him.
Aunt Cheryl trying to do the poses on Tripp's sweatshirt.
Can't get enough of these two...
On Christmas Eve, we slept in until about 10:30 (after feeding him hi early AM feeding)... we had plans to go to M&R's, but didn't make it. We started getting ready for church about noon ha! It took every bit of that. It's insane! Church started at four and we were walking in during the first song - miracle. Davis didn't make a PEEP all mass and was so good!
A few family pics after church. Surreal to have our baby here for Christmas Eve mass - dream come true!
We had dinner at Carnall Hall together - it was DELICIOUS. Davis did great and we fed him right at the end of dinner. He did poop and pee through his adorable Christmas outfit and it was my first time to change him in a public place - good thing I brought a change of clothes!
Family pics on the stairs - our family keeps getting bigger!
Just the grands and great-grands.
We went back to M&R's and changed into our comfy clothes. Love this pic of my mom and aunt cheryl.
Davis wore a smocked gown that I wore when I was a baby.
Reggie and Howie miraculously SHARING a bone Rambo got them for Christmas :)
