NYE 2014

Tripp was supposed to go back to SF 12/28, but we talked about it and ended up being able to stay an extra week. I didn't know if it was going to work out, but he texted me one day in early Dec and said "reservations at Bordinos at 7:00pm for NYE" - I was SO excited!! I couldn't concentrate the rest of the day at work.

We had an amazing meal (as usual) at Bordinos - honestly the best service we've had in going there for 8 years - and then we drove around campus... and Tripp even convinced me to walk around campus since there were so many new buildings! I guess that means we're getting old ;)

Campus is beautiful. Since we met in class, will always be special to us. We actually parked right next to where we parked one night before we started dating. It was one of the first times we were together and we drove around Fayetteville and ended up parking near the Library across from the Chi O house and just talked for hours. We were just friends at this time, but after listening to that guy talk about his family, how he grew up, what he believed in, etc - I know my heart changed that night. 

We got home around 9pm and watched the J LO special on HBO and were in bed by midnight - pretty crazy night!! Wouldn't have it any other way.
