True Story: I ran/walked a 5K

Proof that I love my BFF, Jess Lais, a LOT. I ran a 5K with her in the freezing ran, through water up to my calves, in a field, with color powder all over me. Did I mention I hate running?

It started raining about 30 minutes before the race actually started. It was so cold, all we could do was laugh. We did run most of it, but I think the fact that we were worried about falling from stepping on a ditch in the water or get bitten by a snake... kinda kicked us in gear.
