Aquariam of the Bay

I had a half day the Friday before Labor day and Tripp has summer fridays (which means 1/2 day), so we grabbed lunch at Palomino and then headed to the Aquariam. Loved the aquariam - the colors, the water, the creatures, it all.

Can't beat this view (while eating donuts for dessert) at lunch.

That is a Sea Bass. Holy Sea Bass.

A perfect way to end the day!

Jazzercise Adventure in SF

When I heard we may be moving to SF, I immediately looked up Jazzercise locations in the city. Unfortunately, there are only 3 centers and NONE are close to our apt. I begged Tripp to let me go once just so I could KNOW that it wasn't a feasible, long-term option :) He was in and off we went.

It took us an hour to get there via UBER, but we made it. I for sure thought there would be a bar or coffee shop or SOME place for Tripp to hang out, but no - it was a solo building. So my amazingly-wonderful husband sat on the front porch and talked on the phone while I got my Jazzercise on.

We laughed on the way home (maybe I laughed more than him), but it was a fun experience and it was so nice to work out like normal in SF!

Tripp ended the ride home with "Never Again" ;)

Sunday in San Francisco

Sunday morning Tripp and I sat outside and had coffee - I had a sweet view. SO glad to be back with my boo! :)

We researched churches and decided to try St. Dominic's out first. It showed a contemporary service which seemed most similar to Lifeteen in AR. We took a 12 min ride to UBER and pulled up to this gorgeous building.

It was a very inviting, calm atmosphere. We were asked to take up the gifts and being welcomed to the church. Most catholic churches I have been in are modern, so I was in awe of this place. It feels traditional and sacred in a beautiful way.

August Trip out to SF

Woke up Saturday and headed to the Farmer's Market.

Later that night we had plans to go to Walnut Creek across the bay for a Luau one of Tripp's co-workers was hosting. It was a 40min-ish commute on BART and then we took a taxi to the house. I had not been to this area before, but Tripp makes part of this ride everyday to work.

We hung out in the backyard most of the time - so many kiddos running around!

Tripp likes to refer to this pic as "Rock Bottom" haha. I think it's fantasticcc!

We hitched a ride to BART in this baby. Reppin' Clorox.

Miss My Boo

One night I was missing Tripp even more than usual... so I got desperate and put on his crocs. Anyone who knows us knows this means serious business for me to fold and wear these beautiful shoes. Miss my boo.
